2012 EXCELLENCE IN HOUSING 

The Central Alberta Awards of Excellence in Housing are regional housing awards that honour top members of the Canadian Home Builder's Association - Central Alberta Region for innovation in design and building practices.

The Awards were distributed to the winners in the categories of Single Family, Single Family – Estate Home, Multi Family – Apartment Style, Best Multi Family – Town House/ Duplex Style, Renovation, Members’ Choice and Builder of the Year. 

 New Home Builder and Renovation Awards: we are now accepting submissions for new homes and renovations award categories. The submission deadline is February 29, 2012. Go to www.awards.chbaca.ca to enter.

 Partner Awards: Once a year CHBA-Central Alberta all Trade, Supplier, and Service Professional members, in good standing, are entered in the Partner Award survey. This survey measures the quality of the relationship(s)  the member (together with staff) have established with trades, suppliers, and service professional members during the year. While results are confidential, we do publish the list of the finalists and the winners for each category. Members where e-mailed links to the survey forms. If you did not receive the e-mail please call our office at 403.346.5321. The deadline to complete the member survey's is March 30, 2012

 All awards will be handed out at the Awards Show on May 5, 2012.
